How does the AI explain its recommendations?

Every AI suggestion includes an 'Explain why' panel showing the inputs, signals, and weights that produced it.

Can we control who sees diversity data?

Yes. By default, only HR Admin and Executive roles see diversity metadata. You can tighten further in Settings → AI policies.

How do you prevent bias in candidate scoring?

We disclose bias-awareness checks on every candidate score and require human review before hiring decisions.

Where does training data come from?

Models are trained on aggregated, anonymized signals. Your tenant data is never used to train shared models.
