1Enter or import work

Add tasks or import simple CSV with task, owner, deadline, impact, urgency, risk, dependency, effort columns. Use 1–5 scores and YYYY-MM-DD deadlines. Unknown owner names stay unassigned.

2Scoring formula

Priority Score = Impact × 0.30 + Urgency × 0.25 + Risk × 0.20 + Dependency × 0.15 + (6 − Effort) × 0.10. Lower effort boosts this model’s score. A task scoring 5 on every benefit input and effort 1 scores 5.00.

3Configure and explain

Weights must total 100%. Critical is ≥4, High ≥3, Medium ≥2, Low below 2. The ranking shows the inputs and rationale. Deadline breaks score ties and supplies context; it is not a hidden additional weight.

4Use judgment

Completed tasks are excluded. Review low-scoring mandatory or safety work before deferring it. Scores guide discussions and do not automatically change task priorities or staff records.
