Getting Started with TalentFlow AI
Set up your workspace, invite users, import data, and review your first dashboard.
1Setting up your workspace
From the welcome screen, name your workspace, choose a region, and confirm your industry. This tunes default benchmarks and AI policies.
2Inviting users
Open Settings → Members and add HR admins, managers, and recruiters. Each role inherits a least-privilege permission scope.
3Importing employee data
Use the CSV importer or connect your HRIS. TalentFlow AI deduplicates and validates required fields automatically.
4Configuring departments and roles
Map your org structure and define role families. This unlocks succession and skills features.
5Reviewing dashboard metrics
Open the Dashboard for a real-time view of headcount, performance, engagement, and risk indicators.
