Choose from the standard library or your custom competencies. Apply per role family.

Enable peer, upward, and self feedback. Track completion in real time.

After collection, use the AI assistant to draft summaries from raw notes. Always review before sharing.

Calibrate scores in the 9-box, lock results, and publish to employees.
